BUILT TO PERFORM.

TRAINED TO COMPETE.

Competitive cheer for athletes ages 4–16. Building confidence, skills, teamwork, and strong athletes on and off the mat.

MORE THAN CHEER

WE BUILD WARRIORS.

Warrior Dynasty Cheer is a competitive cheer program for athletes ages 4–16. Athletes develop their skills through stunting, tumbling, jumps, dance, conditioning, and performance training.

But we're about more than what happens on the mat. We focus on building confidence, discipline, leadership, teamwork, and character—helping our athletes become stronger competitors and stronger young people.

WHAT WE TRAIN

STUNTS

Athletes learn the fundamentals of safe and effective stunting while building strength, trust, timing, and teamwork. Training will focus on proper grips, body positions, loading techniques, bases, flyers, and stunt progression. As athletes develop their skills, they’ll work toward more advanced stunt sequences and competition-ready combinations.

TRAIN LIKE A WARRIOR

TUMBLING

Our tumbling training helps athletes build strength, flexibility, coordination, and confidence at their individual skill level. Athletes will work on foundational skills and progress safely toward more advanced tumbling. No previous tumbling experience is required—we meet athletes where they are and help them continue progressing.

JUMPS

Athletes train to improve jump technique, height, flexibility, power, and execution. We focus on proper arm placement, body positioning, landings, and conditioning while developing common cheer jumps such as toe touches, hurdlers, and pikes. Our goal is to create strong, sharp jumps that athletes can confidently perform in routines.

PERFORMANCE

Competition cheer is about more than knowing the skills—it’s about knowing how to perform them with confidence. Athletes work on motions, dance, synchronization, facials, energy, transitions, and showmanship while learning how to perform as one team. We prepare our athletes to step onto the competition floor feeling confident, prepared, and ready to represent Warrior Dynasty.

BEGINNERS WELCOME • NO PRIOR CHEER OR TUMBLING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

EXTRA SKILL TRAINING

Every other Sunday, athletes receive additional training focused specifically on tumbling and stunts to strengthen individual and team skills.
